Manual plasma cutting

We travel to your construction site or workplace for manual plasma cutting, cut-outs and modifications to existing steel structures.

Send overview and detail photographs, dimensioned sketches showing the requested modifications, material, thicknesses and the number of components to be cut. Include the site address, team and equipment access, the position and height of the cutting area, available electrical power and compressed air, and the permitted work window. For structural modifications, include the available documentation or technical solution. Travel, equipment, site preparation and the included work are agreed in the quotation before mobilisation.

The final scope is defined after reviewing the project and site conditions.

Documentation: We review photographs, sketches and the requested modifications, then agree travel, access and working conditions at the client's premises. Marking: On site, we identify the components and mark the cuts using the agreed dimensions and work sequence. Verification: We confirm markings, dimensions and intervention areas before the first cut. Manual cutting: We carry out plasma cuts, make the agreed adjustments and check final dimensions for installation or repair.

Photographs support an initial assessment but do not replace dimensions, quantities, materials and access conditions. Price, schedule, transport and included work are defined in the quotation for the specific project.

Request documents applicable to the quoted configuration: drawings, materials, inspections and, where required by the project, test reports or certificates. A photograph or commercial name alone does not demonstrate a protection rating or certified performance.
