01 — Approach

The right process is the one matched to material and application.

We carry out welding for piping, installations and steel components using TIG 141, MMA 111 and MIG/MAG, selected according to material, thickness, position and project requirements.

The cumulative professional experience declared by the technical management includes 1,400 Ø35-inch welds and more than 181,000 diameter-inches of welding work.

Before execution we clarify documentation, materials, joint preparation, consumables, sequences and required controls. Applicable procedures and records are reviewed and agreed for each contract; the same setup is not assumed for every project.

10Technical clarifications

Useful questions before quotation.

What does STEEL PIPE WELD offer for oil & gas pipe welding?

Welding, prefabrication and installation for industrial piping and connections. Work scope, processes and inspections are defined from the project documentation.

What information is needed to quote “Oil & gas pipe welding”?

WPS/PQR, qualifications, non-destructive testing and traceability are reviewed or defined according to the code, material and project responsibilities. Send the technical specification for exact scope confirmation.

What work is covered by the technical assessment?

Carbon-steel and stainless-steel piping; Welded steel structures and subassemblies; Workshop prefabrication and site installation; Remediation and adaptation under an approved solution. The final scope is defined after reviewing the project and site conditions.

How is the work process organised?

Documentation: We review drawings, materials, joints and control requirements. Preparation: We trace, cut, prepare, clean and fit components. Welding: We apply the agreed process and parameters with disciplined execution. Acceptance: Final checks and records follow the contractually defined scope.

Can a price be confirmed from photographs alone?

Photographs support an initial assessment but do not replace dimensions, quantities, materials and access conditions. Price, schedule, transport and included work are defined in the quotation for the specific project.

What evidence should support technical performance claims?

Request documents applicable to the quoted configuration: drawings, materials, inspections and, where required by the project, test reports or certificates. A photograph or commercial name alone does not demonstrate a protection rating or certified performance.
